Overview:
We’re looking for an embedded systems developer to join early, help us develop multiple hardware products, and own the firmware side from prototype to field-ready device
You’ll work directly with the founder on fast product launches with full creative freedom
Responsibilities:
Develop firmware for low-power, BLE-based microcontrollers (e.g., nRF52840, ESP32)
Interface with sensors (motion, humidity, temperature, light, etc.) and basic actuators (buzzers, LEDs)
Optimize power usage for long battery life (deep sleep, interrupts, BLE intervals)
Collaborate on product prototyping with PCB designers and enclosure modelers
Collaborate on product testing, iteration, and final hand-off for PCB manufacturing
Perform real-world testing and debugging of embedded systems
You're a Good Fit If You:
Have experience programming Arduino or similar microcontrollers using Embedded C/C++
Have worked with BLE 4.0/5.0 stacks
Can implement and debug GATT services, BLE pairing/bonding, and notifications
Know how to configure and read from digital/analog sensors over I²C, SPI, UART, ADC
Understand low-power design principles: Deep sleep modes, Wake-on-interrupt, Power budgeting, and current profiling
Are comfortable reading/modifying schematics and PCBs (e.g., KiCad, Eagle)

Responsibilities:
Develop mobile apps using Flutter or React Native with Bluetooth (BLE) capabilities
Create and update product landing pages or microsites (using Webflow, WordPress, or plain HTML/CSS)
Design digital flyers, product mockups, and ad creatives for Amazon, Kickstarter, and social media
Build companion apps for hardware devices (e.g., motion alerts, settings, device pairing)
Handle app store (Play Store/App Store) deployment (basic knowledge sufficient)
Assist with maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms
You’re a Good Fit If You:
Build basic cross-platform mobile apps that can communicate with IoT devices via BLE
Have worked with BLE integration (connect, read/write GATT, notifications)
Can build clean, responsive HTML/CSS-based pages or use no-code tools like Webflow
Are proficient in basic graphic design tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Know how to create marketing assets (flyers, thumbnails, banners) for digital platforms
Understand the basics of e-commerce listing design for Amazon, Flipkart, or crowdfunding pages
